You can choose to rent by room and be matched with roommates who will never leave you stuck with the bills or live solo in a studio. Apartments are sleek and modern, and the best part is, your living room and kitchen come fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. You also have the option to select a furnished bedroom as well.
You can choose to rent a furnished or unfurnished bedroom in a three- or four-bedroom unit, and we’ll place you with roommates who are also looking to rent by room. If a roommate isn’t available for each of the rooms, no worries. You won’t have to pay extra rent or utilities. You only pay for what you use.
Or, if you prefer to live solo, we also offer a few studio apartments.

There’s literally always something to do around here. You can barbeque with friends in the outdoor courtyard, catch the game or latest TV drama in the lounge, grab your laptop and work in the shared open office space, or make a gourmet (or mac n’ cheese) dinner for your friends in the communal kitchen and dining room.
